CSpätlese (literal meaning: "late harvest" is a German wine term for a wine from fully ripe grapes, the lightest of the late harvest wines. Spätlese is a riper category than Kabinett in the Prädikatswein category of the German wine classification and is the lowest level of Prädikatswein in Austria, where Kabinett is classified in another way. In both cases, Spätlese is below Auslese in terms of ripeness.

Determination, perseverance, passion and innovation have become the legacy of Bellingham. Two and a half centuries and many generations later, it was Bellingham's founder Bernard Podlashuk who led Bellingham wines to international glory. Podlashuk, fondly known as ''Pod'', was no ordinary wine producer. In the fledgling South African wine industry, Bernard Podlashuk was an exotic transplant, a public school, ex-London socialite, who had moved from Johannesburg to Franschhoek. |

Champagne PANNIER was founded by Louis Eugene Pannier in 1899, in Dizy, next to Epernay. In 1937, his son purchased medieval cellars in Château-Thierry, in the Marne Valley and there, transferred his thriving champagne house. A group of wine growers purchased Champagne PANNIER and the cellars in 1974. During an archaeological study in 1999, a XIV century rock carving of an archer was found in the cellars. This carving became the new logo for Champagne PANNIER with the motto of "Ad perfectionem intendere" – we aim for perfection. This emblem represents PANNIER's values and wines: elegance, uprightness and balance. |

Borges - Lello |
Founded in 1884 by brothers António and Francisco, the Sociedade dos Vinhos Borges soon became one of the
main national winemaking companies. Taking into account that Portuguese wines can only establish themselves
in the world by means of their excellence, Borges has always been committed to quality in its production, today
exporting to more than fifty countries of the five continents.
Following the route and tradition of the wine-making regions of excellence – Vinhos Verdes, Dão and Douro
– Borges produces diverse quality brands in different sectors; an offer made possible thanks to the estates that
certify the character of these wines. The harmony of the DOC table wines joins the aromas of Port wines, the
freshness of the sparkling wine and the vitality of the rosé wines.
Offering the best in each category is not just a goal. Mainly, it is the duty of those that try to maintain it as a
reference of a quality/price relationship.

Tall Horse |
Our grapes grow in vineyards with near perfect conditions in the Cape winelands. From the slopes of the Cape
Mountains, caressed by cooling see breezes, the vines quench their thirst from the winter rainfall and bask in
the long summer sunshine, allowing a ripe expression of variety, depth and character. In fact, it is these very
enviable conditions that conceived a legacy of winemaking that traces its origins to the late 1600’s.
A giraffe is never rushed and neither are our wines. We take care in making sure that Tall Horse wines capture
the terroir in which it is born. Like the giraffe that holds its head up high, Tall Horse has lofty ambitions to
satisfy an international taste for quality wines.
The giraffe walked in a curious gait, eyeing us all the time. Sensing danger, it rapidly accelerated into a graceful
gallop and effortlessly glided across the savannah like a Tall Horse. |
